Welcome to our Online Entry System for the 2025 Weld County Fair July 19th – July 28th, 2025. When your entry is complete, print out your registration as proof of entry time and date and bring it with you to fair check-in.

Online Entries will close at midnight on MONDAY, JULY 7TH! (postmarks accepted) Late entries will be accepted from July 8th – July 11th must be completed at the Weld County Extension Office with a 5.00 per late entry fee.

Before you begin, you will need the information in the 2025 Weld County Fair Book. You can find the Fair Book on-line at https://www.weldcountyfair.com/Jr.-Livestock/2025-Fair-Book under Jr Livestock tab. Make sure you have read all rules thoroughly before entering.

Steps to create entries: If this is your first visit to this website this year, you will need to register as an exhibitor. To begin, Click the Register Button in the menu at the top of the screen. This will take you to the Exhibitor Registration Page. On the Registration Page you will enter your First Name, Last Name, and choose I Am A New Exhibitor. Click continue to proceed with the registration process. Please follow the directions on each page to complete the registration process.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent/guardian’s approval to enter. Completing your entry acknowledges that you have received permission.

The following entries are not available online and must be submitted to the Weld County Extension Office by paper form: Bucket Calf, Royalty for a Day, and Horse Show Lead Line Class. All entries are due by 5:00 pm on July 7th, 2025 in the Weld County Extension Office (postmarks accepted). Late entries will be accepted from July 8th through July 11th with a $5.00 per entry late fee.
