Welcome to our Online Entry System for the 2026 Weld County Fair July 18th – July 27th, 2026. When your entry is complete, print out your registration as proof of entry time and date and bring it with you to fair check-in.

Online Entries will close at midnight on MONDAY, JULY 6TH! (postmarks accepted) Late entries will be accepted from July 7th – July 10th must be completed at the Weld County Extension Office with a 5.00 per late entry fee.

Before you begin, you will need the information in the 2026 Weld County Fair Book. You can find the Fair Book on-line at https://www.weldcountyfair.com/Home under Fair Book-Entries tab. Make sure you have read all rules thoroughly before entering.

Steps to create entries: If this is your first visit to this website this year, you will need to register as an exhibitor. To begin, Click the Register Button in the menu at the top of the screen. This will take you to the Exhibitor Registration Page. On the Registration Page you will enter your First Name, Last Name, and choose I Am A New Exhibitor. Click continue to proceed with the registration process. Please follow the directions on each page to complete the registration process.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent/guardian’s approval to enter. Completing your entry acknowledges that you have received permission.

The following entries are not available online and must be submitted to the Weld County Extension Office by paper form: Bucket Calf, Royalty for a Day, and Horse Show Lead Line Class. All entries are due by 4:00 pm on July 6th, 2026 in the Weld County Extension Office (postmarks accepted). Late entries will be accepted from July 7th through July 10th with a $5.00 per entry late fee.
